Self worth is not necessarily about knowing where your value lies, but knowing what you deserve and what you are need to do in order to be happy.
My self worth often takes a dive when christmas comes around, usually due to my ability to pack lots of work onto myself; managing this along with the studying, blogging and self care often means something has to give… usually my emotional stability.
The important thing for the next year is to remember how important you are for yourself. You need to remember you are the most important thing and your wellbeing is the most valuable thing you have. There comes a point where work must be balanced with self care, and specifically in my case… sleep.
